DON’T FOR PLUS SIZE CLOTHING

1. Don’t be Afraid to Show Some Skin

Do you want to be safe and good, or do you want to take a chance and be great?  Life is so much more beautiful and fun when you allow yourself to look, feel and be sexy by showing some skin.

Beauty is all about being comfortable in your own skin.

2. Don’t Hide in Bulky or Baggy Clothes

Some women think that they can hide under a lot of baggy clothes so they would hide their size (as if there’s something to be ashamed of). But the opposite is true, when you wear a lot of oversized layers, the outfit becomes unbalanced and unflattering.

At the end of the day, we are all trying to feel comfortable - but baggy clothes is not the way to do it.

3. Don’t Shy away from Color

There is no beauty without color. There’s a reason why we don’t see the world in black and white. A common misconception is that making dresses for bigger girls all black is slimming and can hide whatever you need to hide. Don’t be afraid to use different hues and shades that can unleash your creativity.

But they’re wrong, having various colors speak louder than words.

4. Don’t be Afraid to Try Something New

You can only make better dresses for plus size women when you’re willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.

Life gets boring when you stay within the limits of what you already know.

5. Don't Listen to Society's Views of Beauty

Face it. You will never look like the girl in the magazine, commercial or advertisement since even that girl in those magazine, commercials or advertisement also doesn’t look like herself in real life without Photoshop.

Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself.

DO FOR PLUSE SIZE CLOTHING

1. Do Experiment

Practice the art of self-expression and your unlimited creativity with your daily wardrobe. Life is an experiment in which you may fail or succeed. Explore more, expect least.

You never know what you will find.

2. Do Wear Prints

In terms of considering the basic prints and patterns you may use for nice accents and good looks, you can wear some bigger exemplars of prints, in order to avoid creating strange-looking patterns and visual effects.

3. Do Keep Comfort in Mind

Don’t just take it from us, in a recent scientific study, wearing comfort has been listed as the most important aspect of clothing demanded by consumers. Fashion begins when you’re in the comfort zone.

This means that comfort is a fundamental part of fashion.

4. Do Buy Clothes for the Size you are Right Now

Sometimes you may be tempted to purchase 2 sizes bigger or smaller than you really are. You’d think that I’ll grow into it someday. But this kind of thinking can create a clutter of unused clothes. Form fitting when the fit is just right can be slimming and comfortable.

5. Do Get Some Professional Help

Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it.

Asking for help doesn’t mean you’re weak - it just means you’re wise. Luckily, with the modern world - it’s finally easy to ask for a stylist to help curate and choose clothes for you.
